Introduction
For centuries, women have faced restrictions that hinder their professional and personal growth. The COVID-19 crisis has exacerbated mental health issues and emotional challenges, leaving many women, the backbone of society, feeling uncertain. Despite effortlessly juggling multiple roles—doting daughters, caring mothers, competent professionals, and more—and joining the dynamic workforce in various booming sectors, they continue to confront unequal treatment and social pressures. This often leads to self-doubt and a fear of speaking up.
Our Goal
Increase awareness of women’s right to equality and help create better version of themselves to support overcoming life’s struggles, ensuring a balanced approach towards achieving positive socio-economic change.
The Story Behind Our Brand
- The logo is designed to be appealing, connecting to the name. By moving the letters, we reflect the walk as well our mission to help women though their life's ups and downs, and the woman in the center, highlights our target audience.
- The colors lend softness and creates a sense of respect. Purple color is mostly considered feminine, resonates with creative souls, and encourages self-knowledge, wisdom, and imagination. Yet some people perceive it as emotional. Light green color represents renewal, luck, health, and optimism.
- The Slogan “Walking together with Purpose”, is carefully selected emphasizing on learning, growing, striving, and unlimited benefits.

Walk and Talk is a unique and inspiring initiative by my dear friend Mona El Zoghby that combines physical activity with meaningful conversations. It creates a supportive space for connection, reflection, and sharing stories. Each walk fosters personal growth and strengthens community bonds, showing how simple steps can lead to deeper connections. Personally, I’ve found these walks to be a refreshing way to clear my mind, connect with others, and gain new perspectives in a relaxed and welcoming environment.
